How to create database and then send e-mails?
I recently bought a web hosting with unlimited e-mail accounts. But I can’t seem to connect this e-mail account Microsoft Outlook Express? I have created the database using Microsoft Office Access 2007 but how do I send news to all the people in my list?
Is there any way to do so?

Ask your hosting provider for POP3 settings (incoming and outgoing server). and configure your mail client based on those settings.
As for sending news to your list I suggest an auto-responder script, you can find many on google easy to use
