how do I remove oulook so my email will automatically go through my rebsalus1@msn.com address?
as an example when on craigs list if i want to email someone direct from the page it automatically routes it through outlook and then doesnt allow me to transmit saying their is an error. ide like it if when i email off any web page it transmits through my msn.com e-mail account rebsalus1@msn.com
You can’t. The HTML ‘mailto: ‘ command only works with mail clients (i.e. Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc.).
You don’t have Outlook set-up to send emails (i.e. you don’t have a non-web based email account) so it can’t connect to an SMTP server to send your mail.
The only thing you can do is copy and paste the email address into the ‘To:’ field in MSN.
