I need help completing a job application Label?

I worked for a major lender mortgage and we were two different divisions in the same building, my division was closed and transferred to another. I just found some of my colleagues plan to hire four people in that office that is exactly what I was doing the work. I think this will be the list of jobs the site of the company because they know our office. I do not know someone in this office. How do I apply for this job? Do I send a letter of and resume to Branch Manager or should I post. I do not know if I have to go in person because I'm sure it's a very busy man, I do not want be neglected. Tips?
