Has anyone heard of any FHA mortgage fell through once it has been previously authorized by the automated system?
I recently asked the FHA loan to buy a house in another state b / c my husband works for the movement. We own a house in our state, and the loan officer said it was approved after submission documentation (W-2 heels, payment, etc.) to verify that we income / assets to cover the costs of two households. FHA financed our house in our new state will be our primary residence, it is likely that the intention to rent our current house to let the bad market. Our OL has said he does not list our current home as an investment property because they do not have it listed for rent. So I said, almost no matter what we do with the current in the house because our revenues shows that we can make loans, mortgages and still depending on their ratios fall DTI desired. I'm just worried things go through b / c you decide for whatever reason, can not have two mortgages. Is this a crazy fear?
