Registered sex offender in your neighborhood?
Lets say you live in an apartment complex, and a guy who lives across the way from you always is out watching the little kids play and walking around the complex.. Then you go online and find his picture on Megans Law Website.
Well my question is, Can you print the picture out with the list of his offenses and hang it up by the mail boxes where everyone will see it? Or is that illegal?
that would be illegal and an invasion of his privacy
remember the ones posted on such sites have served time for their crimes and are very unlikely to repeat offend
its the ones who arent on the lists you need to worry about
they hurt and but dont get reported
know who your kids are with dont let them play outside alone
dont leave your kids with people you dont know or barely know
