How To Do A Mailing List In Outlook

how to do a mailing list in outlook
How do you delete auto-fill e-mail entries in Outlook Express on Windows Vista?

My was helping my neighbor do a few things on his computer, and one of the things he asked me was how to delete an auto-fill e-mail entry on Outlook Express. I’m not very familiar with Windows Vista so I wasn’t really sure. Basically he sent an e-mail to the wrong address, so it saved the e-mail address. Whenever he opens a new e-mail and begins typing the e-mail address, a list of previous addresses that he has typed pops up, the mistyped one included. Sometimes he accidentally hits that one and sends an e-mail to the wrong address. I couldn’t figure out how to delete that entry permanently so that it never pops up again. I tried highlighting it and hitting delete on the keyboard. It takes it off the list for that e-mail, but the next time you open an e-mail it pops back up. Anyone know how to do this? Or is it possible?

The feature actually suppose to make it easier for the user to put the email address to the TO CC and BCC boxes. May be you need to click the TO button next to the email address box to add the recipient to the box

The auto-fill feature takes email address or recipient name from your address book and sent mail folder as you type in the box, so it is not possible to disable the feature.
