Import Mailing List From Excel To Outlook


Express and import of e-mail from Outlook to Excel in the group's mailing list – can anyone help please?

I have an email list in an Excel column. I want to add the contents of this list to an existing e-mail in Outlook Express. Well the list is saved in an Excel file does not seem to access the import.
