Why government agencies to take so long to hire?
I came to work in my County Office public transport. The work is really my dream job. Not only am I a super-qualified, public transport is my passion. Of course, I applied for this job. It took two weeks to remind me to take a written test. Now let's take a conversation, and try to take the place of qualified candidates for one year from today. Non-Contact us for your position in the list. "This means that you are interviewing candidates one by one (!) in the list. I know I'm on the list, but of course no idea where. It could take 11 months to call me the interview! has more than 11 months after an application? I really want the opportunity to interview, but how can I know if you interview me? Why are ineffective?

Workers can not be easily removed – and are not motivated to work harder or development of recruitment procedures more efficient. Public bodies are also subject to laws and rules that make the recruitment vehicles – which are designed to educate the public does the hiring. But all these things, of course, why people want to work – job security, less stress, good benefits – to take the good and bad – and realize that's why it takes so long to get hired, that's exactly what you will love the work once you get there.
