Realtor needs help to manage multiple contacts to an address?
I am a realtor. Often, I have two clients (Husband and wife) in the contact card. The problem is that if the list this way: "Jane Doe and Bob" I can not keep your phone number and just when they call the caller ID, "said Jane Doe and Bob (do not know who's calling). The advantage of my mailing lables work well. If I divide contacts I take twice and I have a problem keeping the data directly. Example: If I can talk to Bob and take notes on their sheet contact, then Jane called to take their own notes – notes arent combined. I bought ACT real estate agent, but perhaps not much better than me Outlook. Thank you for your advice and opinions matter.
I think your only recourse is to divide. I'm doing my labels on Outlook, because I think it's a pain. Try www.slipstick.com advice and guidance outlook.
