What is an easy way to enter 4,000 addresses in a mailing list?
Have 4,000 addresses need to create mailing list should i use word, excel or something new?
If you are planning to use Yahoo Mail the mailing limit is 100 addresses with only 50 to the same domain. You can upload the records to the Contact list if in the correct csv format. Go to contact options and export a csv file to your computer and you will get the format. You can use a spreadsheet and save as csv to create one. Then import it.
You would then have to divide it into small chunks and I doubt that Yahoo would even let you send 4000 in a day.
