Mailing List Manager Software
My Folders / Files / etc are in a chaotic mess. . Need Help / info to organise.?
My system is in a complete mess. I use Vista (which is still confusing to work with). My “filing system” is just non-existant and I can never find what file I’m looking for. Even trying to sort my pics into categories is a nightmare. Is there a software (free!!) that can basically organise my folders (like a human secretary!!) file accordingly and all the rest?
Also, looking how to send a “folder” of lets say photos instead of the files within the folder. Same with scanned documents. Instead of attaching each file I want to attach the Folder itself, so that the attachment when received is not a bundle of seperate images etc..
Also – as I am so unorganised, I need a simple but effective To-Do List manager / task scheduler / planner / calendar. Not like in Windows Mail Calendat but more of a to-do list that gives reminders and such as “remember the milk”. I guess I’m looking for a “PIM”. Please help. Thanks

Nope. Same problem here. As my wife told me, you gotta learn to organize. Though a program can be taught where to move documents and picture files, it can’t read a document without proper tags and it can’t “see” what’s in a photo without the proper tags. So what will happen is that rather than spending time organizing, you’ll spend the time tagging each and every file. After which, you still have to teach your technical secretary where to move said files. It’s a lot of work.
2) to send a folder of files, group it with winzip or winrar before sending
3) there’s 3m post it notes, and there’s ms outlook for reminders.
