Mailing List Microsoft Word

Mail Merge for Microsoft Word (for macs)?
I have a Christmas list thats a PDF file and it was created in Excel and somehow I need to transfer the names and addresses of everyone on that list to a bunch envelopes. There’s about 150 names on there so I just can’t copy and paste it. I’m sorry if this is really confusing.
Basically, I just need directions to put names/addresses that are on a list to an envelope in Word.
