what do you do if you have downloaded yahoo messenger and still can’t make yahoo mail your default mail?
it still won’t show up in my email programs list. is there not anywhere to download the plugin for this? i just got yahoo plus and if i can’t make this work i will cancel it. i am having tons of problems with it. this is just one of them.
Setting Yahoo! Mail as your default mail account has nothing to do with downloading Yahoo! Messenger or not.
Besides, if you want to access Yahoo! Mail via your computer’s mail program, you need to have a paid for version, like Yahoo! Mail Plus. It won’t work with the free Yahoo! Mail (Beta).
So, in order to do this:
1. Get a paid for Yahoo! Mail account
2. Click the link below and follow the instructions that are appropriate for the mail program you’re using
