Mailing List Removal Request
bellsouth.net keeps blocking my emails I’ve reported it but they say check my IP logs. They are valid. HELP
Here’s the email I received from bellsouth:
The mail-server IP address(es) associated with your request have already been removed from the block list due to another request. AT&T WorldNet and its affiliates do NOT intentionally block legitimate mail in the course of our anti-spam initiatives and regret for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If the IP that was recently blocked begins to exhibit the characteristics of a compromised network object or is compromised by an offender of Acceptable Use
Policies, the IP address will be blocked again.
Administrators: Please thoroughly check your IP logs before requesting removal. You must determine that all traffic from the blocked IP is actually from your mail servers to ensure your network is not compromised. Administrators who fail to do this may experience subsequent and more resolute blocking.
It only happens with my bellsouth.net email friends. I don’t know what to do to stop this. Help please.
my daughter had same problem with same company. it got so bad she had to cancel her Internet. she started getting all kinds of nasty stuff and bell.south said they were taking care of the promble they did not1 now i cant even talk to her on line. get another company. dsl is offered by everyone these days.
