"I can copy and paste email addresses from a Word document on the distribution list e-mail?
I am secretary of the team sport and has just received a long list of e-mail to a Word document format. Is it necessary to type each address in the mail from Yahoo to create the list of ITC's e-mail? There must be an easier way. I am sending to all recipients often. Can you help me?
You can set up a contact group to provided that no more than 100 names, and only 50 in a given field. You can copy and paste the name of the Word document, but I suspect that you have to enter each individually and Save before entering into the following groups (I established myself, I just read about it here) at least once a group has been created, you can forward all mail CWB Group E: space, of course, (for their privacy and life safety), written in permanent new names. The secretary of my group did this regularly.
