What teams cardio burns more fat at the same time?

1. Cross trainers-2. elliptic 3. Step by step 4. Wheels 5. Treadmills The reason I ask is because I just got a lot on e-mail to a gym and think seriously on membership. I am not overweight but I have a little fat … a little … to lose the belly. I want my six pack that shows the hope of August. I checked the website of the club and the team displayed for cardio. Incidentally, I do not know what an elliptical trainer. If you can paint a picture for me would be great. Therefore, burn more fat? Thank you!

After years of training and testing different machines to cardio simulators ladders and bicycles are the most wear for me. Treadmills are good, but most parts of the unit lower. Elliptical and the cross can be used to full extent, but especially the attack groups of muscles on the outside only. To owner an ab workout to strengthen your stomach muscles, climbing stairs and bicycles are usually those who are abandoned because people do not think they are training the right muscle group. Exercises in combination with other muscle groups helps a lot easier than working one. Use resistance exercises and reading programs exercise and body for life and can provide advice on how not only to exercise properly, although eat but not too much. Hope this helps …… Edition: Cross Trainer Elliptical is a place where you place your feet on the shoes and hands to hold polls if it is mounted on a set of snow skis, and operation of these blocks and the polls are moving in unison with others.
