How do I prepare a mailing list in the yahoo group? Should I write the names of all time?
I started a group – I must develop a mailing list – if I write in the names of all time after something – Is there a way I can prepare a list of Permanent mailing – please help thanks.
You can create what is called a "class". In the Mail page, click Addresses tab and A-Book opens. (A notice — — page on "add to the category"). Select a name (for starters), then click "Add". click the dropdown menu again "Class A table shows the name — name it (friends group -. -?) and click OK — Today in the mass. just add more names (in) the same way —- add to the category you just made and named. Enter the name in the address bar and they all get the mail. Recently, Yahoo has reduced the number of addresses that allow mail. Some people reported less than 50 – some say more. I do not think anyone is sure what the maximum is —- and Yahoo "is not" speak. If you have a large — number of addresses you might need to configure multiple categories.
