Mailing Lists In Excel

mailing lists in excel
How to take the address information on a Web page.

I have something I want to have some areas of the company. What is the easiest way to take information to the address of a web page to import an Excel spreadsheet for a mailing list.

Assuming you are talking about a single web page: If the pages are in tabular form, you can probably copy and paste directly into Excel (using Internet Explorer in Windows). Save the file as an Excel file in CSV Strip formatting. You can then delete the unnecessary columns. You can also use a program Vim and do a regex replace HTML tags to munge the data in CSV format and pull in Excel. It depends on how regular HTML document structure of origin. If you try to do several different types of files you're better off buying a product that recognize and extract the address for you. If you're dealing a few hundred addresses in a process at a time, ignore all this and cut and paste.
