Bigpond Premium Mail Group/PC plan help!?
The other day I set up a Bigpond Premium Mail Group/PC account for my business, but where do I get the license for outlook from, and how do I access the webmail? Every time I try to login on the DeskControl thing, it says I cannot login. I also tried setting the exchange mail in Outlook 2007, but when I click “Check Name” it always tells me the name cannot be found on the list. I checked my mission control, and it says it should be operating! Help!!!
I just changed a standard mailbox into a premium mailbox in the Bigpond Mission Control, and I upgraded it to the Goup PC/Web plan. How do I get the Outlook License ?
