Realty How companies work?
Currently, I work with a realtor to find a house to buy. I found a home I want to see, but which appears in the ownership of another company. I sent my realtor an email asking if could show me the house or if you can contact the real estate company of others to see the house. He replied: "You join me if you want I'm your Realtor. I do not receive a commission if the person shows home Coldwell Banker. His answer did not really answer my question. You can not see the house or I can go crazy making question?
I probably should have explained that it is independent. The only way to get paid is if he shows and sells you a house. It has all the stocks in the MLS to see, even for properties listed with realtors and other businesses. still gets paid if he shows and sells you a house for sale with another agent / Office / Business Office / agent typically provides half the commission to the selling agent / Cooperation Bureau. (Co-broker)
