Speeding in ks, whats going to happen??
OK i was doing 82 in a 60, in wichita ks. The officer gave me a Yellow peice of paper saying Uniform Complaint & Notice to Appear Municipal Court. All of my information, at the bottom of that paper it says You are hereby summond to appear and/or respong to this citation within ten (10) days after issuance. Then a blue piece of paper, title Moving violations schedule of payable amounts due. I was doing 22 over so that is $166.00. And that was attached to an envolope. So do i just send the money in the mail or do i have to goto court? There is no court date listed anywhere. If i need more information please let me know and i will post asap. Thanks a bunch, is this a misdemeinor or felony charge? -Heylookitsbret-
yeah go to court. If you fill that they where wrong.
If not then get a money order make a copy and sent them the money.
