Is this the right time to buy a house, or should I wait?
I know it's a tough question. I'm about to buy a apartment in a few months, the County of Los Angeles, California (buyer a first!). I'll take next week, because today the interest rate is low, probably due to the November election, it seems that there are two different opinions though. We say that I have to wait until housing prices fall, probably within a year while another said that house prices do not fall, so I have to buy a house now. Recently, I saw houses that are not sold per month. Is the situation due to falling prices in a few months? Or, as some experts say that the decline in housing prices would not occur? I listen to advice someone who knows the market.
