How long after a house is for sale if the "preview broker" or "agent saying" take place?
Our house was the market for nearly 12 weeks and ours has not been set, they cancel at the last minute. I think it's a big problem with our agent / agency approval. Am I right?
I agree with you that a big problem with your agent or company announces that you have not had a watch. They should have shown that the agent as soon as possible, and 12 weeks after the house has been on the market certainly not as soon as possible. I would say that the agent is with those who sometimes do not show until next week to go another agent. Good luck!
