Is it possible to block applications on iPod touch?

I just got the 2nd generation iTouch for Christmas. I know you can set a password for the iPod world, but want to know if there is a way (or application) to block a single application each time you click on this application must enter an access code. Some applications I have, I do not want to see someone like my lists, notes, mail, myspace etc, and people are always taking my iTouch and see everything that is private to me reallyyy embarrassing. Anything would help thank you very much:) Oh, and I know you can do in the first generation to do something and r 2NG code generation, then jailbreak, but it is not hacked yet … : (

No need to jailbreak. There are many applications available on the iTunes App Store password. Portfolio, and my eyes are more likely at least 50 applications.
