Renting Mailing Lists Prices
Contract Question – Just curious to know how someone feels?
Part A rent a list of 1,000 names and addresses in Part B, for an amount X dollars. Part A, in the contract that Part B can also send the names and addresses on the list once. Part B decides to copy the list of their own purposes and uses of names and addresses of more than once. Part A, trying to protect its list of businesses for sale and had made three false names to the list of Part B contains the address of the company. Part A Part B discovers that five sent to fictitious names, but only leased to the list once. Part A Part B complaint for breach of contract. If Party B will assume responsibility for the full list price (5 times in total), or Part B 3/1000ths solely responsible for the price the bill? (From Part A can prove B has sent three names when the contract was broken.)
The party has violated the contract since the beginning the sale of fictitious and false trails (Also known by its own address), in reality, both are at fault and must be settled.
